Col. S.K. Sharma’s life is a remarkable journey marked by military excellence, civilian accomplishments, and visionary leadership. A decorated war veteran who served in India’s major conflicts, including the 1962 Indo-China war and the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War, Sharma’s exceptional skills and courage earned him the respect of his peers.
After retiring from the military in 1979, Sharma leveraged his extensive experience in civil engineering to excel in global oil and construction projects in Iraq, Oman and UAE. In 2007, he assumed the role of Chairman of the 3S Group, guiding the company’s growth and expansion with his strategic acumen and unwavering vision.Throughout his life, Col. S.K.Sharma was revered as a “gem of a person” – a warm, empathetic leader who advocated tirelessly for the rights and recognition of veterans and underprivileged .His remarkable achievements and dedication to service have left an indelible mark, inspiring generations to come. The legacy of Col. S.K. Sharma, the Chairman Emeritus of the 3S Group untilhis passing in March 2022, will continue to shine as a testament to the power of perseverance, leadership, and a deep commitment to one’s country and community. Shresht Sharma is the CEO and founder of the 3S Group of Companies, a conglomerate he has built over the past 20 years. Under his leadership, the 3S Group has sprouted a diverse range of businesses, each bearing his stamp of excellence.
Sharma is the founder of 3S Business Services, Biz City Business Center, and 3S Investments. He is also a partner in MH Advocates, Royal Ventures, and several other ventures, including accounting, property development, aviation brokerage, and general trading. Sharma’s belief in people and his extensive network of connections have been key to his success. He has helped over 7,000 companies establish their roots in the UAE, providing them with the support, resources, and connections they need to grow. Shresht Sharma’s energy, good nature, and vast network of contacts are invaluable assets that he brings to every venture he is involved in. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to helping others succeed have made him a respected and successful business leader in the UAE.

Armed with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the legal system and a keen intellect, he set out to establish his own law practice in the dynamic city of Dubai, where he founded and became the driving force behind M H Advocates and Legal Consultants. In addition to his impressive legal career, Mr. Al Hashimi also serves as an Executive Director and Partner at the 3S Group, a testament to his diverse expertise and leadership abilities.
